For residential and buy to let mortgages we charge a fee of £595 in addition to commission which may be paid by the lender. Alternatively we can work on a pure fee basis of 2% of the loan and any commission that we receive from the lender will be refunded to you.

For commercial mortgages we usually charge a fee of 1% of the loan amount subject to the complexity of the proposition and the loan amount. The overall cost for comparison for credit impaired commercial mortgages is 10.02% APR. The actual rate available may be higher or lower dependent on your individual circumstances.
