THANK YOU from us and 100's of children, parents, and staff who have benefited from larger refurbished Sunny Day Nurseries over the last three years, financed by sustainable funding you arranged on our behalf in 2004/5, on excellent terms and conditions, that has enabled us to put our foot on the gas, accelerate our business forward from circa £600k t/o to this year projecting £1.6m t/o.
With your help and support we borrowed £2.4 m to finance our development, which was concluded successfully, consolidating our business, and also providing us with extra business capacity and significantly a confident stable funding platform to focus on propelling sales by £1m in three years.
This has been achieved in partnership with you. This success started entirely due to your commitment to us and our business. You sourced and negotiated the deal for us, holding our hand throughout the application process and due diligence. You were entirely professional in all dealings.
We thought the deal was sharp then, but now in the midst of the 'credit crunch' the deal is really of huge benefit to our business and just could not be bettered in the current market.
You put a human face on finance which can often be a daunting area to venture for small businesses.

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
For Residential and Buy to Let mortgages we charge a fee of £695 for advising on and arranging your mortgage. This fee is payable in 2 stages: £195 non refundable application fee with the balance due on production of an offer and payable on completion of the mortgage or 60 days after the date of the offer (whichever is sooner). The lender may also pay us commission.
Alternatively we can work on a pure fee basis of 1% of the loan amount for our services and we will refund to you any commission we receive from the lender, subject to a minimum fee of £1500. For example, if your mortgage were for £100,000 the fee would be £1500 and you would receive back any commission we receive from the lender which is usually in the region of 0.30%. This fee is payable on in 2 stages: £195 on application with the balance payable on completion of the mortgage or 60 days after the date of the offer (whichever is sooner).
For Commercial Mortgages we usually charge a fee of 1.5% of the loan amount. The fee is negotiable and is subject to the loan amount and the complexity of the proposition. If we receive a commission from the lender we will let you know the exact amount, and may refund an element of this to you.
